Platinum Contract Cleaners FAQ

We provide everything we need to complete the cleaning tasks. You are welcome to request a specific product. We understand that sometimes there are products which a person may not like to be used for personal reasons.

All operatives have undertaken training with the British Institute of Cleaning Science, UKCPAS, in house training and have also completed an apprentership with the cleaning industry.

We have a h & s policy, risk assess all cleaning tasks, have written method statements. All of our h & s is monitored and updated periodically along with being legally adhered to.

All staff have polo shirts with the company name on and for the colder weather a fleece jacket

We are a family run business with a small team of operatives, you will generally get the same 2 staff all the time. Due to holidays and sickness sometimes this may change but before we send a different staff member we would let you know and should you not want a different member off staff you can cancel that clean.

We only close on bank holidays. If your cleaning day falls on one of these we will offer you an alternative day instead.

Yes you can. We are insured to look after your keys. Keys are not labelled with an address only a first name. We can also use a key safe should you have one.

Cash or BAC’s payments are our preferred methods but we can accept a cheque payment also.

We do not have a contract, but a set of terms and conditions and we work on a rolling month by month agreement.
